Mission Control launch new partnership with Stack Sports

Mission Control have started a new partnership with solutions company Stack Sports. The partnership will aim to grow recreational eSports in and around the USA. Mission Control is a company that builds recreational league eSports programs.

Stack Sports are set to invest in multiple eSports organisations, the partnership with Mission Control is the first of many the solutions company aim to work with. As for Mission Control, this will be the first partnership they have entered into since securing a $1.75 million (£1.33 million) investment from Dundee Venture Capital.

Chief Revenue Officer at Mission Control, Daniel Herz, spoke on the partnership: “We could not be more excited to team up with stack sports and provide recreational esports for their clients and partners. Traditional sports organizers using esports to extend values of character and team building is an important step in achieving our mission of gathering and growing community.” “Aligning with the leading technology provider in recreational sports further validates the need and growth of recreational esports in the global/national community.”

Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer at Stack Sports, Jeff Brunsberg, also commented on the deal: “We believe this is a great first step in bringing esports to the larger Youth Sports market. Helping youth sports organizations adapt to the changing world has been a huge focus for us at Stack Sports, before and during the COVID-19 crisis. We believe Mission Control will be a great addition for organizations looking to create a fun and casual way to engage their athletes.”
