Bundesliga Match Predictions - 7th June 2020

Werder vs Wolfsburg - 12:30pm BST

Werder last played Eintracht Frankfurt at home but the game ended with Werder conceding 3 goals. The game was fairly end to end before the first goal went in the back of net, which came in the 61st minute and for Werder it was all downhill, they tried to come back into the game but just couldn’t make any of their chances on goal count. The game ended in a 3-0 win to Eintracht Frankfurt.

Wolfsburg welcomed Eintracht Frankfurt in their latest fixture but suffered a 2-1 loss at home. The stats of the game suggest that it was backwards and forwards with Wolfsburg having the upper hand for most of the game, with more shots but could make any of their chances count. Eintracht Frankfurt got a penalty in the 27th minute putting them 1-0 up but Wolfsburg made a comeback in the 58th minute to make it 1-1 but in the 85th minute Eintracht Frankfurt got the upper hand.

When Werder and Wolfsburg met, Werder took the initiative and secured a 3-2 victory. The match stats suggest that Wolfsburg should have taken the game and got the 3 points but Werder just made all of their shots on target count and put the ball in the back of the net when it mattered.

Our Prediction -
Wolfsburg are currently battling for a place in Europe against the likes of Bayer Leverkusen and Hoffenheim but Werder are battling to get out of the relegation zone. Wolfsburg to win.

Union Berlin vs Schalke - 14:30pm BST

Union Berlin travelled to Borussia-Park, the home ground of Borussia Monchengladbach, the game was very one sided from the start. The game ended 4-1 to Borussia Monchengladbach.

Schalke welcomed Werder to the Veltins-Arena, to play their last home fixture. The possession of the ball in the game was very much dominated by Werder and that counted towards their 1-0 win away from home.

Our Prediction -
Both teams have the ability to score but both have not had the best start to this section of the season. Both teams to score.

Augsburg vs 1. FC Koln - 17:00pm BST

Augsburg last played Hertha in an away fixture, but suffered a 2-0 loss. The game was fairly even with both teams having an equal amount of possession and shots but with only one team making their shots on goal count.

1. FC Koln last played RB Leipzig at home but unfortunately suffered a 4-2 loss. The match was very one sided with Leipzig having more possession and shots then 1. FC Koln.

Our Prediction -
Both teams are sitting in 12th and 13th in the league and both have the ability to score goals. Both teams to score
